We had an lovely stay at sharm resort. the view from our room was amazing, which made our experience even more special. the beach and pool areas were beautifully maintained, and the majority of the staff were friendly and attentive. dining at the lebanese and italian restaurants was a highlight, with excellent food and service. we really appreciated the value for money, and the snorkeling on the house reef was superb with vibrant coral and marine life just off the shore.
Nothing to complain about! 😊.

The hotel's layout is really nice, with a charming village vibe and fine views of the sea! The pools are fabulous, and I loved the tranquil gardens-perfect for chilling out. Plus, the snorkeling right off the floating bridge is amazing; I saw some really cool fish!
That said, the service was pretty disappointing. Staff struggled with English, and there were times I had no hot water! Seriously, getting a drink in a tiny plastic glass during an all-inclusive stay? Ugh! The WiFi was also way overpriced, so I’d suggest getting a local SIM instead. not the experience I hoped for.

I recently enjoyed an lovely 11-night getaway at a beautiful resort, where my purpose was relaxation and adventure. The stunning Italian-style architecture and lush gardens created a picturesque atmosphere. The snorkeling was a highlight, with vibrant marine life just steps from the shore. The food was diverse and delicious, and the friendly staff made each meal a joy. The pools were fantastic, perfect for unwinding in the sun, and the spa treatment was great.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I just spent four nights in a Superior Double Room, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were super attentive, especially Sasa at reception. The atmosphere was cozy, and I enjoyed a comfortable stay. I can't wait to return!

1 Fine coral reefs, really good staff, delicious à la carte options
1 Unsanitary dining spaces, lack of Wi-Fi in rooms, jetty stabilization needed

Consider requesting a room closer to the front desk to avoid carrying luggage up several flights of stairs.

Check-in took longer than promised at 15 minutes. The fridge in the room was non-functional for the first eight hours, and efforts to get it addressed were met with delays. Gluten-free bread was promised but never available during breakfast, alongside malfunctioning coffee and juice machines. The pre-booked restaurant menus didn't match what's served. Both the Italian and Mexican themes fell flat. The beach restrooms were unsanitary and didn't see improvement over several days, and cutlery was difficult to locate at meal times.

The resort features beautiful gardens for relaxation.
The cleanliness of the room upon arrival was unacceptable, with stained curtains that clearly hadn't been cleaned. The food variety was lacking. The meals were tasteless, and I encountered difficulties in communication with the staff, who seemed inattentive to specific requests. This was further compounded by a feeling of pressure to tip for basic services.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 6 nights, and it was pretty comfy overall. The bed was nice and cozy, which helped with a good night's sleep. I liked that the room had a good vibe overall. It could use a bit of a refresh, as some areas felt a little worn, maybe a quick clean-up could help too. The nice design of the room was great, though!

Couples will love it here
The staff were really trying hard for us especially MrAhmed who made sure we were well taken care of every day. Chef MrSaied brought his warm smile to each meal and.
Not exactly a bargain but it's still acceptable for the level of service

The layout of the resort is super nice, kinda like walking in an italian village. The roman pool is dope for swimming and the gardens are lush. We saw some cool fish while snorkeling, like blue spotted sting rays. The food is decent, got my fav kebabs, and the staff were really nice. Got an awsome massage from ahmed too, highly recommend!

Great vibes and awesome snorkeling!
Just spent 4 nights in a Superior Double Room. The staff were really friendly, especially at the beach, where I got some great tips for snorkeling. Food at the bar was pretty decent but could use some more options. One thing though, the check-in process was a bit slow, kinda annoying.
